K•FORMATION

K•FORMATION is a 12-week, dance-first K-pop artist development program created by Break Bread Company for aspiring artists who want to explore what it takes to grow from dancer to artist. Led by Ellen Kim alongside choreographer and educator Shotyme and LoQ Elite Dance Crew, students train with working professionals across K-pop and American pop while developing strong movement foundations, individuality, performance, confidence, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a team. Beyond the studio, K•FORMATION brings mentorship, creative direction, strength and conditioning, and real industry knowledge into the training experience, with guest experts joining throughout the program. The journey culminates in a live showcase and industry conversation where students can perform, connect and better understand the possibilities ahead. Parents are welcomed into the process through education, resources and access to industry professionals, giving families a clearer understanding of the K-pop artist journey and how to support it.
