Find Your Groove is a commercial dance training and mentorship experience designed to help you develop stronger dance skills, build confidence, and discover your individuality as a performer.

Throughout four progressive sessions, we'll work on:

• Foundations: Hip Hop grooves, body awareness, lines, walks, and movement quality.

• Performance & Expression: Musicality, stage presence, confidence, and connecting with your movement.

• Skill-Building Drills: Coordination, choreography retention, body control, and applying technique with intention.

• Street Jazz Choreography: A fun, challenging routine that becomes our tool to explore, practice, and apply everything we're learning.

• Final Video Experience: An opportunity to bring your training to life and celebrate your progress on camera.

Choreography is the tool. Your growth is the goal.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This program is designed for Advanced Beginners / Intermediate dancers, as well as beginners who are ready for a challenge and have some previous movement experience.

Whether you're an aspiring performer working on stage presence, a musical theater artist looking to strengthen your commercial dance skills, a dancer returning to training, or simply someone who loves dancing and wants to grow, there's space for you here.

What connects us isn't our background. It's the desire to move with more confidence, retain choreography, express ourselves freely, and trust our bodies.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

This is a progressive training intensive, not a basic introductory dance class or a choreography-only workshop.

You'll be encouraged to challenge yourself, practice between sessions, and work toward your personal goals in a supportive, fun, and judgment-free environment.

You don't need to be perfect or have everything figured out. You do need to come with curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
