PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT - READ CAREFULLY

Welcome to Find Your Groove! ❤️‍🔥

We're excited to have you join us! Our goal is to create a supportive, encouraging, and professional environment where every dancer feels comfortable learning, exploring, and challenging themselves.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Program Level & Expectations

This is an Advanced Beginner/Intermediate progressive Street Jazz training program, not a basic introductory dance class.

Participants are expected to approach training with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that choreography, coordination, retention, and performance exercises may be challenging.

Progress looks different for everyone. Perfection is never expected, but active participation and personal effort are encouraged.

If you're completely new to dance, please book a Discovery Call before registering to ensure the program is a good fit.

2. Respectful Communication & Learning Environment

Find Your Groove is a judgment-free space built on mutual respect.

Questions, feedback, and individual needs are always welcome. If you feel uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or need an adjustment, please communicate with the instructor. You may take breaks or opt out of any exercise.

For personal concerns or feedback about the program, we encourage private communication before or after class whenever practical, so everyone can feel heard while maintaining a positive learning environment.

All participants are expected to treat the instructor and fellow dancers with kindness and respect.

3. Attendance & Personal Commitment

This is a progressive program, meaning each session builds on the previous one.

Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions and use the resources shared throughout the program.

Missed sessions do not guarantee make-up classes, credits, or refunds.

4. Final Video Experience

The final filming session is an opportunity to apply your training and celebrate your progress.

The choreography and video are tools for development, not a measure of your worth or success as a dancer.

Participation in filming is optional. Please communicate your preference before the shoot so arrangements can be planned accordingly.

5. Complimentary 1:1 Coaching

The 30-minute private Zoom coaching session is a complimentary bonus offered as part of the program.

It has no separate monetary value, is not exchangeable for cash or refunds, and must be scheduled within the timeframe communicated by the instructor.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable, as stated at checkout.

If a participant chooses to withdraw or cannot attend, unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits, except where required by applicable law.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of serious illness, medical emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, refund or credit requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Find Your Groove. Approval is not guaranteed.

If Find Your Groove cancels a session and cannot provide a suitable replacement, participants will receive an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

7. Health, Safety & Personal Boundaries

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, communicate any relevant limitations, and take breaks when needed.

Training is designed to be challenging but should never require anyone to dance through pain or disregard their personal boundaries.

By registering, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and that you are responsible for participating within your abilities.

OUR PROMISE ❤️‍🔥

We will provide thoughtful instruction, encouragement, constructive feedback, and a space where individuality is celebrated.

In return, we ask you to bring curiosity, respect, and a willingness to grow.

Choreography is the tool. Your growth is the goal.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this participation agreement.
