I invite you to a day retreat focusing on re-aligning your body and mind. A YIN Yoga Energetics class, “The Business of Life: Living Authentically YOU & Building Your Brand” Workshop, a feminine energy heels dance workshop, Q & A and Networking Opportunity/Silent Reflection/Journal Time.

Deep YIN Yoga Energetics Immersion: Internal Expansion Workshop (2 hours)

YIN Yoga Energetics Immersion will focus on the heart chakra igniting your passions, desires, life journeys, bringing in the warmth of deep YIN shapes and luring positive vibrational sound scapes. Beginning with breath techniques and lymphatic warm up and shifting your nervous system from active movement into a deep, restful calming state of YIN flows and guided meditation.

Heels dance class: Tap into your feminine energy. Find your rhythm. Feel the freedom. Challenge your limits on movement and bring out your inner confidence. OPEN Level

9-11am YIN Yoga Immersion (2 Hours)

11.30-12pm Break

12-1pm The Business of Life Workshop (1 Hour)

1-2pm Lunch

2-3pm Heels Dance Class (1 Hour)

3-3.30pm Q & A

3.30-3.40pm Closing Circle ✨🫶🏽🌙

3.40-4pm Networking Opportunity/Connections/Silent Reflection/Cool Down/Stretch/Journal Time/Pack down/Finish

What to bring:

Your Yoga Mat and whatever you need for YIN Yoga class, Bolsters, Yoga Blocks, Light Blanket.

Heels not compulsory for dance class whatever is comfortable for you to dance in.

I invite you to journal, take reflection notes, plan ideas, record quotes, draw thoughts, that may pop up during the day.

Bring your own food & stay hydrated throughout the day.
