Yvonne Chantelle Maybir

My name Yvonne Chantelle Maybir (Telley). I have loved dancing my entire life. I’ve trained mostly in hiphop, however jazz, ballet, contemporary & heels have always been a passion of mine. I grew up in SoCal, dancing on several teams from my highschool to college years. Even as an adult I continued to pursue dance no matter what. I spent 8 years of my life as a Respiratory therapist, and during the later part of my career in 2020 I was drawn to heels style of dancing. Also after 2020 I made a huge career change, and became a tattoo artist. Now I’m living in Hawaii tattooing at my dream job. I’m in a chapter of my life where I want to be a full time creative and pursue the things that set my artist heart on fire. I’m looking to do more dance gigs this upcoming year and open to jobs that align with my purpose. I have grown very fond to the beautiful energy that the heels style of dancing brings into the studio. Since I started teaching I’ve gotten amazing feed back from students that it empowers and brings out confidence. As a teacher , it is truly fulfilling to witness.
