PROWORX - Strength & Power

This program is designed to help dancers build the strength, control, and explosive power needed for high-level performance. Training will focus on full-body conditioning, core stability, lower-body strength, stamina, and dynamic movement patterns that support sharper execution, stronger jumps, cleaner transitions, and greater confidence in choreography.

Dancers will receive customized workout plans tailored to their individual goals, needs, and areas of growth. The program will also include accountability check-in meetings to track progress, provide support, and help dancers stay consistent throughout their training.

Dancers can expect a challenging blend of strength exercises, power drills, and dance-specific conditioning designed to improve performance quality while supporting long-term athletic development.

Programs begin at the start of each month. Dancers can choose between a 1-Month Program or a 3-Month Program depending on their goals and desired level of commitment.

The 1-Month Program is designed for dancers looking for a focused period of structured training, personalized programming, and accountability.

The 3-Month Program is designed for dancers who want to build greater consistency, track progress over time, and make longer-term improvements in their strength, power, and overall performance. Throughout the three months, workout programming can be adjusted as dancers progress to continue challenging them and supporting their individual goals.

After completing their initial 1-month or 3-month program, dancers are welcome to continue training on a month-to-month basis, beginning with the next monthly cycle, for ongoing support, updated workout programming, continued accountability, and further progress toward their individual goals.
