Work Ethic & Participation

Participants are expected to actively engage in training and maintain a high level of focus, effort, and accountability throughout the program.

Community Contribution

Participants are expected to contribute positively to the environment and uphold the standards of TEMP Collective.

Financial Terms

Missed rehearsals do not exempt participants from payment obligations.
Participants who voluntarily withdraw from the program remain responsible for 50% of any unpaid remaining program balance.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Tristan Edpao.

Program Structure

Participants agree to follow all program guidelines, schedules, and direction provided by TEMP Collective leadership.

TEMP Collective reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or program structure as necessary.

Official Communication

Discord is the official communication platform for all TEMP Collective matters. Participants are expected to communicate with TEMP Collective Leadership through Discord for questions, attendance updates, schedule changes, program-related concerns, and other official matters.

To help maintain clear communication and appropriate boundaries, participants should not contact leadership regarding TEMP matters through text messages, phone calls, Instagram, or other social media platforms unless specifically instructed or in the event of an emergency.

6. Accountability, Attendance & Disciplinary Actions

TEMP Collective values accountability, communication, and respect for the collective learning environment.

Attendance & Absences

Participants are expected to maintain consistent attendance and communicate any absence or tardiness to the Head of Ops & MX (Aubrey) as early as possible.

Failure to communicate an absence in advance is considered a lack of communication.

As a general guideline, participants who accumulate more than four absences may be asked to meet with leadership to discuss continued participation.

Punctuality

Participants must notify the Head of Ops & MX (Aubrey) through Discord if they will be late, including estimated arrival time and reason.

Accountability Measures

TEMP Collective Leadership may implement reasonable accountability measures intended to reinforce attendance, communication, and professionalism. Any physical accountability activities will remain appropriate for a dance training environment and must stay within the participant's personal physical limits.

Continued disregard for program expectations or repeated lack of communication may result in removal from the program without refund, at the discretion of TEMP Collective Leadership.
