About this event
PILATES FOR DANCERS: CADILLAC
This is NOT your average group Pilates class. đź‘€
Limited to just 4 dancers, this semi-private experience gives you access to the Cadillac AKA The Trapeze Table to find deeper connections, expose weaknesses and build strength throughout your full range of motion.
Expect details and to understand your body in a totally new way.
Real classical Pilates. Specialized equipment. 4 movers. $40.
Come experience what group Reformer classes are NOT teaching you.
