2- Hour Beginner Workshop

A 2-hour beginner-friendly heels workshop designed to build your confidence from the ground up.

We'll start with the fundamentals of dancing in heels, weight placement, walks, transitions, body movement, and musicality.

From there, we'll put everything together with a fun choreography that incorporates the technique and movement vocabulary we've developed throughout the class.

No heels experience is necessary. Whether you're completely new to dancing in heels or looking to strengthen your foundation, this workshop is all about learning how to move with control, confidence, musicality, and intention.
