Mood over Moves presents Mom's Night Out: Y2K Hip-Hop Dance Class
This month we're finally settling...Britney or Christina 💿✨️
Moms (+ future moms, dog moms, cat moms, horse moms...) who needs a night out without the loud, sweaty club scene - you're invited.
🎶 Expect nostalgic late 90s + early-2000s hip-hop, r&b, pop hits and unapologetic fun!
This open-level dance class is a healing space all about the mood and not stressing over the moves. Tap into your inner Y2K pop star, have fun, laugh, move your body and meet your new dance besties 🔥
Every class will include breathwork, meditation, affirmations, intention setting, a full warm-up, isolations, foundation, stretching, grooves, and end with a short combo. Each month will focus on a new piece of choreography. Classes are twice a month.
