Heels built an entire culture, and never got paid like it.

You fill rooms. You sell out workshops on an Instagram story and a Venmo handle. You built the audience, the choreography, the reputation, and somewhere along the way somebody else built the business on top of it.

Werk is being built the other way around. The people who teach should own what they teach, and everything that comes with it: the class, the list, the money, the relationship with the room.

We are starting with heels because heels is where the feminine takes up space without apologising for it, and because this community has been carrying its own infrastructure for years with nothing built for it.

This page is our first attempt at putting all of it in one place. It is incomplete, and it will stay incomplete until the people in it tell us what we are missing. If you teach heels, list yourself. If you know a room that belongs here, send it to us.
