About
Founded by Jarid Polite, Melanin Mosaic Performance Ensemble was born from a simple but powerful idea: our stories deserve to be seen, heard, and felt. We’re a collective of artists, movers, and storytellers who use performance—not just to entertain—but to speak truth, spark connection, and champion mental health. Whether on a stage, in a parade, or through film, we create work that reflects real life, real people, and real purpose.
