Luther Brown

Luther Brown is one of the most influential choreographers in the world. Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Toronto, he created the world-famous DoDat Dance Crew — a major force in putting Toronto on the map as a global leader in hip hop dance culture. Now based in Los Angeles, he has worked with Janet Jackson, Cardi B, Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion, and Daddy Yankee, and earned two Emmy nominations for his work on So You Think You Can Dance and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. A songwriter and music producer with an exceptional ear, his choreography is a direct reflection of how he hears music — and he has a story to tell through every piece of work he creates.
