Learning heels technique while expressing who YOU ARE and YOUR SEXY! A community of beautiful movers! Warmup, center work, how to walk in a heel, across the floor, and combination. (Heels are optional) This class will end with choreography that is all or primarily on the floor. Please wear pants or bring knee pads if needed.
