This beginner-friendly, open-level dance class is all about having fun, moving your body, and tapping into your inner Y2K pop star. We’ll start with a warm-up, isolations, foundations, stretching, grooves, and we'll finish it off with a little combo.

Expect iconic early-2000s hip-hop and r&b hits and unapologetic fun!

No dance experience needed — just good energy, comfy clothes, and a willingness to let loose. Whether you’re coming with friends or showing up solo, this is your space to laugh, dance, and feel confident again, because moms deserve a night out too.
