Need a night out without the loud, sweaty club scene? Come dance with us instead!

🎶 Expect nostalgic late 90's + early-2000s hip-hop, r&b, pop hits and unapologetic fun

This beginner-friendly, open-level dance class is a healing space all about the mood and not stressing over the moves. Tap into your inner Y2K pop star, have fun, laugh, move your body and meet other Moms in the community 🔥

Every class will include a full warm-up, isolations, foundation, stretching, grooves, and end with a short combo. Each month will focus on a new piece of choreography. Classes will be every two weeks starting in September!

No dance experience needed — just good energy, comfy clothes, and a willingness to let loose like you’re on the dance floor at midnight - minus the crowds, creepy dudes, and overpriced drinks. Whether you’re coming with friends or showing up solo, this is your space to laugh, dance, and feel confident again, because moms deserve a night out too.
